摘要
目的:探讨开展人文关怀护理培训干预与患者满意度之间的关系。方法:开展人文关怀护理相关理论培训、护患沟通能力和技巧训练、营造人性化护理氛围等培训方法,分析护理培训干预前后护理服务效果。结果:开展护士人文关怀护理培训干预后,护士综合素质、服务意识、护理质量、患者对护理满意度比干预前明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在护理管理中,重视护士人文关怀培训护理干预,不仅能加速患者康复且可提升医院的服务水平和竞争力。
Objective To explore the humanistic solicitude in nursing intervention and training of patient satisfaction relationship.Methods Conducting humanistic care and related theory training,communication capabilities and skills exercises between nurses and patients,create humanized nursing atmosphere etc.and analysis the nursing service effect before and after intervention.Results The humanistic solicitude in nurses nursing intervention,nurse training after comprehensive quality,service consciousness,nursing quality of nursing care of patients,obviously improve the satisfaction than before(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion In nursing management,pay attention to the training of humanistic care nurses nursing intervention can accelerate rehabilitation,not only can promote the hospital patients,and the service level and competitiveness.
