摘要
北部湾经济区的开发与建设,为钦州学院旅游教育的发展带来了机遇。钦州学院旅游教育的现状是:招生规模迅速增长;办学特色不明晰;师资力量薄弱,科研学术水平低;课程结构不合理,实践教学环节缺乏;与政府部门、旅游企业合作不深入。因此,钦州学院旅游教育未来拓展的方向应为:适当控制招生规模;构建具有特色的办学理念;加强师资队伍的建设;科学修订人才培养方案;深入与地方政府、旅游企业合作。
The development and construction of Beibu Gulf economic zone has brought opportunities to the tourism education of Qinzhou University,whose actuality is： the enrollment scale grows quickly;the school characteristics are not clear;the teaching force is weak and the academic level is low;the course structure is irrational and lack of practical teaching;the cooperation with government and tourism business is not enough.Therefore,the future directions for developing tourism education of Qinzhou University are： to decrease enrollment scale properly;build distinctive educational philosophy;strengthen teacher team;revise training program scientifically;deepen the cooperation with local government and tourism businesses.
