摘要
城市轨道车辆运行过程中频繁的启动、制动过程,制动能量相当可观。研究各种制动能量回收方法,是轨道交通节能的主要方式。给出了一种基于超级电容的制动能量回收系统设计方案,电机再生制动时制动能量通过特殊设计的制动单元存贮于超级电容中,用于列车照明和空调供电。为了验证该设计方案,开发了相应的试验平台,并对实验数据进行了分析,试验结果表明该方案可以有效回收制动能量。
The frequent start-up and braking of urban railway vehicles lead to massive amount of braking energy.The research on the methods of braking energy recycling is the main energy-saving technology for urban railway transportation.A design of braking energy recovery system which based on super-capacitors was presentsed,the energy available from the regenerative braking of the motor is stored into super-capacitor sets placed on board and reused for the lighting and air conditioning of the train.In order to validate the design,an experiment platform was developed also.And the experimental data demonstrates the design is effective.
