摘要
本文首先探讨固定资产投资与财产险保费收入之间的相关关系,进而以中国1978-2009年的经济数据为样本,运用协整检验和误差修正模型,分析经济增长和固定资产投资的协整关系,预测未来5年财产保费,分析国内财产保险市场的发展方向。
This thesis intends to discuss the correlativity between fixed asset investment and the property insurance premium income.Then based on the China＇s economic data from 1978 to 2009 as the sample,it analyses the relations between economic growth and fixed asset investment in China through using co-integration test and error correction model.It forecasts the property insurance premium income in the coming five years,and in turn,projects on the direction of China＇s property insurance market.
