摘要
中小企业是我国经济建设的重要力量,由于主客观原因,我国中小企业容易面临各种法律风险,中小企业必须不断树立和增强法律风险防范意识,建立事前预防与事中控制的法律风险防范机制,不断完善法律顾问制度,最大限度地减少因企业生产经营管理活动中发生法律风险而造成的经济损失,实现企业健康运行和长久发展。
The small and medium-sized enterprise is our country economic development important force,as a result of the subjective and objective reason,Our country Small and medium-sized enterprise faced with each kind of legal risk,the small and medium-sized enterprise must set up unceasingly easily with the enhancement law risk guard consciousness,the establishment prevented the legal risk guard mechanism which in anticipation and in the matter controlled,consummated legal adviser unceasingly the system,because maximum limit reduced in the enterprise production operation management activity to have the economic loss which the legal risk created,realized the enterprise health movement and the long-time development.
