摘要
滑块平衡装置对大、中型压力机尤为重要,滑块部件重量对滑块平衡装置有较大影响,平衡装置越大,对整机布置影响越大。采用增压阀后,气压增高,平衡缸尺寸减少,储气筒直径减少,同时减少整机重量,减少加工和装配的难度。
The counterbalance mechanism is especially important to medium and large types of presses.The slide weight has much influence on the slide counterbalance mechanism.Larger counterbalance construction makes it difficult to design and assembly in the press construction.By adopting pressure increasing valve,the air pressure increases while the dimension of the counterbalance cylinder and air bag reduces,which makes the weight of the press decreased and the manufacture assembly become easy.
