摘要
目的:探讨超声检查对乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的16例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的超声特征和乳腺癌及乳腺纤维瘤的鉴别诊断。结果:彩超显示叶状囊肉瘤以不均匀中低回声为主,为分叶状,肿块大,边缘清楚,呈多囊性变,少见钙化,血流丰富。结论:超声检查对叶状囊腺瘤具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective：To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of phyllodes cystosarcoma of breast.Methods：The signs of colour Doppler ultrasonography and pathological Features of 16 cases with pathologically-proved phyllode cystosarcoma of breast were reviewed,and differential diagnosis between phyllodes cystosarcoma of breast and breast cancer,breast intracanalicular fibroma.Results：Mostly the phyllodes cystosarcoma was shown as inhomogeneus,lower middle echo,phylloid and big mass,cleaning-edge,cystic letions,rich flow signals and scarcely calcification on colour Doppler ultrasonography.Conclusion：Ultrasonography is a valuable method for diagnosing phyllodes cystosarcoma of breast.
