摘要
本科生导师在本科生培养过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,能够深入挖掘、发展学生的潜力,引导学生进行独立的思考并树立正确的价值观和人生观。本科生导师制在实际运行过程中也出现了一些问题,主要从四个方面进行分析,并给出改善的办法,以期为该制度的进一步完善起到助推作用。
Undergraduate advisers play the important role in the cultivation of undergraduates.They can explore and develop the potential of students,guide students to think independently,and establish the correct value and outlook.There are also some problems in the actual operation of undergraduate adviser system. The article makes analysis from four main aspects,and offers the corrective methods in a bid to further improve the system.
