摘要
当前高校师德建设中存在缺乏主流引导思想、教师职业道德的不均衡、不同步,以及师德评价指标体系不完善等问题。分析传统文化价值体系对高校师德构建的作用,并结合相应师德现状提出有关对策。
There are a series of problems in the construction of teaching ethics of colleges and universities,such as the lack of the guide of dominant idea,imbalance of teacher professional ethics,and incompleteness of teaching ethics evaluation index system.The article analyzes the function of the traditional cultural value system in the construction of teaching ethics of colleges and universities,and brings forth the corresponding countermeasures according to the status quo of teaching ethics.
