摘要
随着国际的接轨,受金融风暴冲击,部分中小机械电子设备企业以并购、重组、兼并、控股等形式进行调整。在市场调研基础上,依据基础信息与数据,对我国机械电子专用设备行业的现状进行了论述和分析,以此为同行业人员提供一些经验参考。
following the connection with the international country,suffering the impact of finance storm,the structure of some mechanical and electronic equipment industry enterprises have to being readjusted such as merger and acquisition,recombining,annexing and holding stock.On the base of market investigation and according to the basic data and information,present situation is expounded for our mechanical and electronic equipment industry and some useful references may be provided for workers.
