摘要
2010年铁岭市春季(3～5月)总的气候特点是气温异常偏低,降水异常偏多,日照异常偏少。全市平均气温比常年同期偏低2.0℃,创历史同期最低值。冷暖起伏较大,前仲春低,后春高。降水比常年偏多近1倍,创历史同期最多值。各月降水量持续偏多,降水过程频繁且量级大。第1场透雨较常年偏早9～18d,日照较常年偏少115.9h,创历史同期最少极值。各月日照时数均偏少,尤其是4月,较常年偏少60h,创历史同期最少值。各站终霜均略早,其中,西丰较常年提前18d。回暖明显晚于常年。地温回升缓慢,冻土解冻延后,各地土壤化通时间比常年晚6～9d。花草苗木的萌芽或开花较常年偏晚。农作物播种期、发育期均延迟。低温寡照,大棚蔬菜病虫害较重。
The general climate characteristics of Tieling,Liaoning Province in the spring of 2010 （from March to May） were that temperature lower than usual,much more precipitation and less sunlight.The average temperature was 2.0 ℃ lower than the same period of the conventional year and it was an all-time low record.Temperature fluctuated dramatically and kept low in the early and mid spring while higher in the later spring.Precipitation reached the maximum in the same period in history and was almost twice of the normal year.It rained frequently in a large scale.The first precipitation more than 10 mm was 9-18 days earlier than normal year.Hours of sunshine were 115.9 hours less than the normal year and reached the minimum in the corresponding period.Sunshine duration of the three months were all scare,especially in April,60 hours less than the conventional year and made a new lowest record.Four weather stations revealed that the final frosts were slightly earlier,among which Xifeng was 18 days earlier.The earth temperature rose slowly which resulted in the delay of thawing frozen earth,about 6-9 days later than the normal year.Plants sprouted and blossomed later than normal.Both seeding time and growth period of crops were postponed.Vegetables in the protective field were heavily attacked by insects because of the lower temperature and less sunshine.
