摘要
[目的]研究不同生长年限家种黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)的干物质积累与分配规律。[方法]2年生黄芩自3月29日开始于返青前、返青后、现蕾期、开花期、结实期、果熟期、枯萎前和枯萎后采样;3年生黄芩自3月26日开始采样,每15d1次,直至10月13日地上部干枯。[结果]家种黄芩生长前期以生长茎叶为主;生长中期,有机物质大量运向花蕾和果实等生殖器官;生长后期,有机物质大量转向根部,是根部产量形成的主要时期。2、3年生黄芩根干重占植株总干重的比例和地上器官干重占植株总干重的比例2条曲线的交叉结合呈典型的"剪刀形"。[结论]该研究可为家种黄芩的高产高效栽培及适时采收提供科学依据。
[Objective]The paper aims to study the accumulation and distribution rule of dry matter in Scutellaria baicalensis Georigi with different growth life-spans.[Method]The two-year-old skullcaps are sampled from March 29,respectively before turning green,after turning green,during the squaring period,flowering stage,filling stage,ripe period,before wither and after wither; while the three-year-old skull caps are sampled from March 26,one time every 15 days until the shoot part is completely withered on October 13.[Result]It is verified that stems and leaves of the domestically grown skullcaps grow primarily in the earlier period; in the intermediate stage of growth,the organic matters are massively transported to the reproductive organs,such as flower buds and fruits,etc.; in the final period,which is the main period of forming the root output,the organic matters are massively transferred to the roots .The crisscross curves about the proportion of shoot and root weight of two and three-year-old skullcaps shape like a "scissor"[Conclusion]The research could provide scientific basis for the high-efficient cultivation and timely harvest of domestic skullcaps.
