The Medical Image Reconstruction Based on Region-growing Algorithm

摘要 Marching Cubes(MC)算法是经典的三维重建算法,但它采用阈值分割,算法单一.利用目前比较成熟的分割算法结果,将其作为MC算法的输入数据以改进重建算法.实验证明该方法有效扩充了MC算法的适用范围,大大提高了MC算法的重建精度. Marching Cubes(MC) algorithm is one of typical methods for 3D reconstruction,but it takes threshold segmentation,so it's application is limited.The existing well-developed algorithm was took as the input data for MC algorithm to reconstruct the medical image.The results of experiments show that this method expands the suitable scope of MC algorithm and enhances the reconstruction accuracy.
