摘要
近些年,由于各学科集成、综合设计方法及各类专业软件水平不断提高,促进了机电部件综合优化设计能力的提升,在此基础上出现了一些高度集成的一体化电动伺服机构,该类新型电动伺服机构正好适应了航空航天飞行器中设备小型化、高性能需求。首先分析了国外一体化电动伺服机构研究现状.得出国内外一体化电动伺服机构发展趋势,总结出符合国内飞航导弹的一体化电动伺服系统基本方案以及开发一体化电动伺服机构的主要研制手段.为国内高性能一体化电动伺服机构研究提供研制思路。
Recently, with the development of muhidisciplinary integration, synthetic design methods and all kinds of professional software, the ability of synthetically optimized designing for electromechanical components arc improved. Many types of electromechanical actuation systems that are highly incorporated appeared one after another. They exactly accommodate the requirement of miniaturization and high performance for aeronautic and astronautic vehicles. The report analyzed the state of these systems from abroad, and then educed the trend of domestic development. Taking the demand of internal and our CASIC academe into account, basic designs and correlative research means were summarized for the electromechanical actuation systems used on cruising missiles. Ideas for research of the incorporation actuation systems with high performance are also included.
