摘要
通过对2001—2008年间重庆高校教师发表在体育类核心期刊上的论文的统计,结合重庆获得国家科研项目及重庆高校体育师资情况分析,结果发现:①发表的体育类核心论文数量较少,质量不高;②各高校之间体育科研发展不平衡;③获得国家体育研究项目太少,科研经费不足;④体育教师职称结构较为合理.认为应加大对高校体育科研人员业务能力、科研修养的培训;建立有效的体育科研运行机制,打造创新研究共享平台;政府应加大对重庆高校体育科研经费的投入等.
Through the years of from 2001 to 2008,published in the Physical Education of College Teachers in Chongqing core journals were papers on the statistics,combined with access to national research projects in Chongqing and Chongqing University of physical education teachers were analyzed.The study found： ① the core of papers published in a small number of sports,the quality is not high;② The university research and development imbalances between the sports,③ too little access to national sports research projects,scientific research and inadequate funding;④ Physical Education Teacher title structure is comparatively reasonable.Development Strategies： it should increase the operational capacity of college sports research personnel,research and training in self-cultivation;to establish an effective operational mechanism of sports research.
