高效液相色谱法测定木瓜中熊果酸的含量研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用HPLC法,以YPW-Kromasil TMC18为色谱柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(90∶10∶0.1)为流动相,流速0.6mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长210 nm,建立了木瓜中熊果酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.结果表明:熊果酸在0.03~0.15 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,该方法的平均回收率为101.8%(n=5),RSD为1.16%. Analysis was performed on a YPW-Kromasil TM-C18 analytical column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol:water:glacial acetic acid(90∶10∶0.1) as the mobile phase in gradient mode.The column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min with a detection wavelength of 210 nm.The aim was to establish the determination method of ursolic acid in Chaenomeles speciosa by HPLC.The result showed that within the range of 0.030~15 mg/mL of ursolic acid,a linear relationship was present,with an average recovery rate of 101.8%(n=5) and an RSD of 1.16%.It is concluded that the method is simple,quick and accurate for the determination of ursolic acid content.
