摘要
传统故障树分析(FTA)技术在进行复杂系统可靠性定性分析时,具有分析结果不准确和效率低的缺点。为了克服进行复杂系统故障树分析时存在的不足,引入二元决策图(Binary Decision Diagram,简称BDD)理论。该方法把故障树转化成二元决策图,然后自上而下遍历二元决策图,得到最小割集。数控机床属于大型复杂的机、电、液系统,在采用BDD技术进行故障树分析时,存在节点过多、计算量大的缺点,本文在进行数控机床故障树分析的基础上总结了故障树转化为BDD的排序法则。实例证明,该法则对简化故障树的BDD转化有明显的帮助。
When carried on reliable qualitative analysis of the complex system,traditional fault tree analysis(FTA) has the disadvantages of inaccurate analysis result and poor efficiency.In order to overcome the deficiencies of FTA,Binary Decision Diagram(BDD) method is introduced to convert a fault tree to a BDD and obtain the minimal cut sets by traversing the resulting BDD from up to bottom.The CNC Machine Tools are the large-scale complex systems which include machinery,electricity and hydraulics.So,when using the BDD technology to analyze the fault tree,there are the disadvantages of too many nodes and large amounts of calculation.On the basis of fault tree analysis of CNC Machine Tools,the sorting principle of transforming fault tree to BDD is proposed in this article.The example proves that this principle has obvious helps for simplifying the fault tree transformed to the BDD.
