摘要
应用型本科院校旅游管理专业工学结合的实践教学模式已成为国际旅游教育公认的实用型人才培养的有效途径。在总结某学院旅游管理专业推行工学结合人才培养模式实践经验基础上,分析了工学结合实践教学模式下旅游管理专业的人才定位,指出工学交替是实现工学结合的有效办法,以职业能力为核心进行课程建设与改革是实现工学结合的重要保证。
The work-integrated learning is a kind of training pattern which manifests the characteristic of traveling management education.The ＂work-integrated learning＂ training pattern has become an effective way of the international traveling education.The article discusses the background of the implementation of work-integrated learning model,summarizes the practice of ＂work-integrated learning＂ training pattern in Yangtze River normal university,analyzes the localization of traveling management specialized talented person under the work-integrated learning pattern,points out the work-integrated learning pattern is an effective way of traveling education,and proposes the curriculum construction and reform based on the professional ability is the core of this pattern.
