摘要
针对某汽车驾驶室振动剧烈的问题,对其板簧系统的隔振特性进行了试验研究,通过在实际路面上的行车测试,得到了悬置系统两侧的振动加速度,进行了振动信号的时域分析、频谱分析、相关分析和传递特性分析,得出钢板弹簧的刚度大小是影响板簧系统振动传递特性的主要因素。根据分析结果对该车板簧系统进行了改进,改进后的板簧系统隔振效果得到了明显提高。
To solve strong-vibration problem of an automobile,the vibration transfer characteristics the leaf spring system is analyzed experimentally.The vibration acceleration on both sides of the suspension system of an automobile driven on actual road is measured.The time-domain analysis,frequency spectrum analysis,relative analysis and transfer characteristics analysis of vibration signals are carried out.It is found that the stiffness magnitude of the leaf spring is the main factor which influences the transfer characteristics of the leaf spring system.According to the results,the leaf spring system is improved,and its vibration isolation effect is remarkably raised.
