摘要
船舶传动装置是船舶结构振动的主要激励源,现有的传动装置振动分析侧重于轴系振动,主要针对轴系的安全性,没有考虑结构振动的影响。论文以试验室传动装置试验台架为对象,用ANSYS有限元软件建立了整个传动装置的试验台架计算模型,通过计算数据和实验数据的对比,验证了有限元计算的可靠性,并通过改变激励条件,研究了船舶传动装置结构振动的传递规律。
Drive system is the main vibration source of the ship.Nowadays,vibration analysis of the ship's drive system is focused on the torsional vibration of the shaft system without considering the effect of the structural vibration.In this paper,the finite element model for a vibration-test table of the ship drive system is established and analyzed by means of the ANSYS software.Comparing the computation results with the experimental data,the reliability of the finite element method is verified.By changing the condition of vibration excitation,the vibration translation law of the ship's drive system is studied.
