摘要
在阀配流斜盘连杆式海(淡)水轴向柱塞泵结构原理的基础之上,分析其压力脉动产生的机理,建立蓄能器组吸收压力脉动的数学模型,阐述蓄能器组吸收压力脉动的机理,并对安装盒式隔膜蓄能器组前后、不同的蓄能器组充气容积、不同的系统负载下水压泵的压力脉动进行对比仿真与试验研究。仿真与试验结果表明:采用蓄能器组有利于降低水压泵的压力脉动,一定程度上降低了水压泵的振动与噪声。
According to the structure and principle of a swash-plate-rod type axial-piston seawater pump with check valves,the mechanism of pressure pulsation of the pump is analyzed and the mathematical model is established.Then contrast studies by means of simulation and experiment of the pressure pulsation of the pump before and after the use of gasbag accumulators are accomplished under different air volume of cassette diaphragm accumulators and different pressure of the system.The testing results show that the pressure pulsation of the seawater pump can be reduced by using gasbag accumulators.
