摘要
血管紧张素Ⅱ是一个影响血管平滑肌细胞收缩和生长的多功能激素,通过作用于AT1受体引发一系列复杂的胞内信号转导而产生效应。该文综述了血管平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ主要的信号转导途径。阐明这些途径对于理解AT1受体功能是肾素-血管紧张素系统的终效应器是相当重要的。
Angiotensin (Ang) is a multifunctional hormone that affects both contraction and growth of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) through a complex series of intracellular signaling events initiated by the inter action of Ang with AT1 receptor. The purpose of this review is to summarize several major signal transduction pathways of Ang in vascular smooth muscle. Elucidation of these pathways is important for us to understand that AT1 receptor function acts as a final effector of the reninangiotensin system (RAS).
