摘要 目的:改进组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂SAHA的合成工艺。方法:以辛二酸为起始原料,经缩合、活化、氨解合成SAHA。结果:经3步反应得到目标化合物。结论:改进后的合成工艺简便、条件温和、原料易得。 Objective: To improve the synthetic procedure of the histone deacetylase(HDAC) inhibitor SAHA.Methods: Suberic acid was selected as the start material,and the SAHA was obtained through condensation,activation and ammoniated.Results: The final product was synthesized in 3 steps.Conclusions: The modified synthetic procedure is with easily obtained material,mild conditions and convenient operation.
