摘要
在英语课堂教学中,教师或者学生都会使用到语码转换。我们应了解其功用及存在的原因。这种了解会帮助语言教学的老师意识到语码转换在课堂语境中的使用,并通过减少或者控制它的使用来达到更好的教学效果。
In ELT classrooms,code switching comes into use either in the teachers＇ or the students＇ discourse,one should have at least an understanding of the functions of switching between the native language and the foreign language and its underlying reasons.This understanding will provide language teachers with a heightened awareness of its use in classroom discourse and will obviously lead to better of instruction by either eliminating it or dominating its use during the foreign language instruction.
