摘要
本文在分析当前苏北经济发展和高校生源特征的基础上,探讨苏北高校人才培养模式改革的新思路。作者认为,应从创新创业教育的角度,从树立创新创业一体化教育理念,明确创新创业人才培养目标,构建创新创业课程体系,深化创新创业教育教学管理制度改革,丰富第二课堂中创新创业教育内容,结合地方经济实施创新创业教育等方面,结合苏北经济发展和高校生源特征,进行人才培养模式改革。
This article discusses the new thinking of the model reform of personnel training in colleges and universities,based on the analysis of the North Jiangsus＇ economic development and student＇s characteristics of colleges and universities.The authors think that the model reform of personnel training should be carried out from the aspects of fostering the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,setting the integration educational philosophy,clearing the target of personnel training,constructing the system of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,intensifying the reform of the institution,enriching the contents of the second class and combining the local economy and the students＇ characteristics.
