摘要
知识经济时代的来临,对组织学习提出了更高的要求。采用图形演示法,构建了创新网络中组织学习的主体关系模型和动力模型,分析了其中的组织学习机制,并研究了组织学习的行为过程。为保证组织学习实现"促进知识流动"、"增加知识存量"和"激发知识创新"的目标,有针对性地提出了提升组织学习能力的具体措施。
Through the summarizing about previous studies,the paper aimed at analyzing organizational mechanism of learning under the innovative network.The paper uses graphical method,proposes subject relation model and dynamic model of organizational learning under innovative network,and then analyzes organizational learning mechanism.Hereby the paper studies organizational learning process to ensure the goal of organizational learning,for example,accelerating knowledge flows,increasing knowledge stocks and exciting knowledge innovation.Then the paper put forward five measures for improvement of learning capacity including government role,innovative cultural environment,innovative network openness,information resources platform and communication,which can provide the reference for organizational learning in the innovation networks.
