摘要
目的:探讨他汀类药物致药源性肌病的特点和一般规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对1990—2009年中国知网中国学术期刊网络出版总库公开报道的使用他汀类药物致药源性肌病52例进行统计分析。结果:老年人多发;各个品种均有分布,由辛伐他汀引起的占大多数;横纹肌溶解发病率最高。结论:密切观察应用他汀类药物患者临床表现及生化指标监测结果,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective：To explore characteristics and general mechanisms of statins-induced myopathy,providing advices for clinical medication.Methods：52 cases with statins–induced myopathy reported in the journals from 1999 to 2009 were retrieved from CNKI Library.Results：statins-induced myopathy was liable to occur in old people and all statins could induce myopathy,among which simvastatin accounted for the most of episodes.Conclusions：Clinical manifestations should be paid closely attention to and it is necessary to monitor biochemical indicators to reduce the incidence of myopathy.
