摘要 本文围绕高等教育教学发展之核心价值,以近年来台湾高等教育在教学辅导方面改善策略与对应措施及其优缺点为依据,探究台湾高等教育的课程地图发展现况与其重视学习者需求的学科变革,从而研析并归纳了台湾高等教育之学科专业建设及其人力培育的参考模式与相关策略,俾利于两岸高等教育发展与学科建设之参考。 Based on the core value of the development of higher education,improvements in teaching counseling strategies and corresponding measures,and their strengths and weaknesses of higher education in Taiwan,the paper mainly studied the Taiwan's higher education curriculum and subject reform with emphasis on the need of learners.The paper also explored and analyzed the subjects construction and reference model and related strategies of manpower training of Taiwan's higher education,which will provide reference for the development of higher education and subjects construction of cross-strait.
