摘要
[目的]探讨微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理。[方法]选择2009年2月—2010年2月开展椎间孔镜(椎板间隙技术)手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症病人32例,观察其临床护理效果。[结果]术后病人2d～4d下地行走,平均住院天数6d。[结论]腰椎间盘突出症手术病人配合有效的护理及康复指导,对促进手术后康复有显著的作用。
Objective.. To probe into nursing care of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with microinvasive treatment. Methods. A total of 32 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with lamina of vertebra interspace technique lamina of vertebra interspace technique from Feb. 2009 to Feb. 2010 in our department were selected. Then clinical nursing effects of all cases were observed. Results. Patients could walk around on the 2nd to the 4th day after operation. And the average hospital day of them was 6 days. Conclusion. Patients treated with lamina of vertebra interspace technique combining with effective nursing and rehabilitation guidance could promote the postoperative rehabilitation of them.
