摘要
根据盲人足球运动员的生理特点,设计了足球定位球射门时注意力集中的心理训练方法,并分实验组和对照组进行训练,然后对其训练方法从不同角度进行了分析研究。实验结果表明,足球定位球射门时注意力集中的心理训练方法可以提高盲人足球运动员的技术战术配合和射门的成功率,且盲人足球定位球射门的技术与心理训练有高度密切的联系。
According to the physiological characteristics of soccer players for the blind,we designed the psychological training methods to focus on when shooting,and and analyzed its training methods from different angles.Experimental results show that the soccer ball positioning when shooting focused attention on psychological training methods can rise the rate of combination and the technical of shot of blind football player,and have a high degree of close contactthe for blind man shooting soccer ball positioning technology and mental training.
