摘要
本研究使用Bjrkman的提取方法,分离出针叶材杉木和阔叶材“三北”一号杨的磨木木质素(MWL),并采用Lundguist方法对分离出的MWL进行提纯。用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、超导核磁共振波谱仪(1HNMR)、液相色谱(HPLC)及紫外/可见分光光度仪(UV)测定了这两个树种MWL的化学结构和官能团。结果表明:(1)杉木木质素碳的含量较杨树高123%,氢和氧的含量分别低022%和085%,“三北”一号杨木质素中的甲氧基含量比杉木的高626%。(2)杉木和“三北”一号杨两种磨木木质素的苯基丙烷结构单元的经验式分别为C9H8.08O2.46(OCH3)0.94和C9H7.86O2.33(OCH3)1.41。(3)杉木磨木木质素中的脂肪族羟基(OHaliph)和酚羟基(OHph)数在每C9单元中分别是093和025,分别占总羟基的788%和212%。“三北”一号杨磨木木质素中的脂肪族羟基(OHaliph)和酚羟基(OHph)数在每C9单元中分别是102和049,分别占总羟基的675%和325%。(4)杉木与“三北”一号杨磨木木质素在210nm附近的吸收波长基本相同。但在280nm附近杨树?
Milled wood lignins (MWL) is isolated from Chinese fir and poplar “Sanbei” No.1 wood. The lignins are characterized on the basis of FTIR, UV, HPLC, 1HNMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The results show that: (1)The carbon content in Chinese fir lignin is 1 23% higher than that in poplar “Sanbei” No.1 lignin, but the hydrogen and oxygen contents are respectively 0.22% and 0.85% lower than those in poplar “Sanbei” No.1 lignin. (2)The empirical formulas of C 9 are calculated for Chinese fir lignin and poplar “Sanbei” No.1 lignin as C 9H 8.08 O 2.46 (OCH 3) 0.94 and C 9H 7.86 O 2.33 (OCH 3) 1.41 , respectively based on their methoxyl contents and elemental composition. (3)The OH aliph is 78.8% in total numbers of hydroxyl groups of Chinese fir lignin, and the OH ph is 21.2%. The OH aliph is 67.5% and the OH ph is 32.5% in the poplar “Sanbei” No.1, lignin. (4)The IR spectra of Chinese fir lignin shows the typical softwood characteristics, but the poplar “Sanbei” No.1 is not absolutely coincident with the IR spectra characteristics for the temperate hardwoods. (5)The per C 9 unit average proton numbers of β O 4 structures in Chinese fir lignin and poplar “Sanbei” No.1 lignin are 0.33 and 0.50, the β 5 structures are 0 23 and 0.16, and the β β structures are 0.92 and 0.67 respectively.
