摘要
简述建筑节能检测工作背景和检测技术起源,对"十一五"期间全国建筑节能检测相关标准、方法、规范的颁布情况进行统计分析。以"十一五"期间建筑节能检测技术和检测机构的发展为主线,综合论述我国"十一五"期间建筑节能检测技术发展情况,结合当前形势和未来发展趋势,对建筑节能检测技术发展提出了建议。
The backgrounds and the technological origins of building energy-saving test are introduced.The publications of relative standards and methods are concluded.With nowadays and future developments of the building energy-saving test technology and those of the test agencies,comprehensive summaries and suggestions are proposed towards building energy-saving test technology.
