摘要
既有建筑节能改造中确定外墙保温层厚度至关重要,提高既有建筑外墙的保温层厚度可以减少建筑物的冬季采暖能耗费用,但同时也会增加建筑物的夏季制冷费用和外墙的保温改造成本。利用生命周期价值分析的方法,建立了墙体保温层最佳厚度的数学模型,得出外墙改造的保温限值厚度和总费用最低的最佳保温层厚度。
Existing building energy-saving is essential to determine the thickness of external wall insulation.Improving thermal insula-tion of existing buildings’external walls will not only reduce the thickness of the winter heating energy costs,but also increase the summer cooling costs and the capital cost of the insulation transformation.Lifetime value analysis is utilized,and the mathematical model with the best thermal insulation wall thickness is established,in order to calculate the limit thickness of the insulation and the optimum insulation thick-ness with the minimum total cost.
