摘要
针对目前建筑市场的管理现状,就总监如何搞好项目实施阶段的规范化管理进行了探析,具体从熟知法律、法规体系文件,明确总监在项目实施阶段的定位,采取先进、科学的手段,具有"风险避让"意识等方面作了论述,以达到规范化管理的目标。
Aiming at the management status in the architectural market, the paper analyzes the ways of how general supervisors have the regular- ized management in program implementation stage, identifies the position for the general supervisor in the program implementation stage from by knowing the law and regularized system documents, and adopts the advanced and scientific measures, and indicates the ideology of "avoidance of risks", so as to achieve the purpose of the regularized management.
