摘要
目的研究直肠癌CEA、CA19-9的表达及其与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法分析2009年3-9月在我科进行直肠癌根治术的63例患者的临床资料,分类分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果直肠癌淋巴结转移与分化程度、浸润程度、CEA、CA19-9表达有关。结论直肠癌患者分化程度、浸润程度、CEA、CA19-9表达可影响淋巴结转移。
Objective To study the expression of CEA,CA19-9 in rectal cancer,and analysis the relationship between lymph node metastasis and it.Method 63 cases of radical resection for rectal carcinoma from March to September of 2009 year in our department were analyzed,to study the relationship between lymph node metastasis and the expression of CEA、CA19-9.Results Lymph node metastasis of Rectal Cancer were significantly correlated with differentiation degree,infiltration degree,the expression of CEA、CA19-9.Conclusions The influencing factors such as differentiation degree,infiltration degree,the expression of CEA、CA19-9 in tissue could affect the lymph node metastasis in rectal cancer patients.
