摘要
介绍了滑块式同步器的种类和特点,根据对设计工作的总结完成同步器设计流程图的绘制,还阐述了同步器锥面的设计,通过对试验结果的总结和理论分析,提出在齿轮锥面粗糙度设计时设定上/下控制限的观点。
In this paper, the category and characteristics of key synchronizer were introduced, a flow chart of synchronizer design according was completed to the summary of the design work, the design of synchronous cone-surface was also elaborated, and put forward the point which should set up/down control limits at designing the cone-surface roughness of gear, through out analyzing and summarizing the experimenting result.
