摘要
目的探讨腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中应用的临床效果。方法剖宫产产妇560例随机分成2组各260例,分别实施单纯硬膜外麻醉及腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉。结果与腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉组比较单纯硬膜外麻醉组起效慢、麻醉效果较差(P<0.05);腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉组低血压比例较高(P<0.05);2组比较麻醉不良反应、新生儿Apgar评分差异无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉具有起效快、镇痛完全、肌松满意的优点,应作为剖宫产术的首选麻醉方法,但应加强麻醉管理,防止低血压的发生。
Objective To explore lumbar hemp-epidural anesthesia in joint operation of the application method of clinical effects. Methods Maternal 560 patients cesarean section into two groups at random, implement the 260 epidural anesthesia and lumbar hemp-epidural anesthesia combined anesthesia.Results With lumbar hemp-epidural anesthesia is jointly epidural anesthesia group slow onset of anesthesia,poor effect（P0.05）.Lumbar hemp-epidural anesthesia combined higher percentage hypotension （P0.05）.Two groups of comparisons anesthesia evaluation neonatal Apgar adverse reactions, and there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Lumbar hemp-epidural anesthesia combined with rapid and analgesic completely,the advantages of muscle relaxant satisfaction,as the preferred method of anesthesia cesarean section, but should strengthen anesthesia management, prevent hypotension.
