摘要
承包商的投标报价是能否中标的关键因素,而招标文件中的工程量清单是投标报价的重要依椐,因此清单的完整与准确性极其重要。通过对当前清单编制中普遍存在的问题的分析,提出施工投标单位应在投标报价时首先对工程量清单进行分析,重点关注清单内容的完整性、工程量计算及项目特征描述的准确性。
For various reasons,there are some problems in preparation works of quantities,which cause immense difficulties to the cost management of the subsequent parties.It is particularly important to carefully analyze quantities of work in the tender process and find the problems for the construction company.This paper analyzes the problems of the establishment of quantities.To solve these problems,the construction company should firstly analyze the bill of quantities in the bidding process.
