摘要
公交方式之间相对独立发展不利于资源节省和乘客快捷换乘。首先对公交系统整合的特点及优势进行了分析。公交枢纽站作为公交系统整合的重点,其规划和设计已经成为制约或促进公共交通系统快捷、高效运行的重要因素之一。为此,提出公交枢纽站规划应坚持公交整合、车站上盖物业和人车分流的原则,并针对公共汽车、出租汽车、乘客和公交枢纽站对道路交通流的影响提出相应的规划目标。最后,从布局设计、环境、乘客及运营设施、乘客信息等方面提出公交枢纽站的设计原则,并以公交枢纽站中公共汽车首末站设计为例,通过图示的形式给出设计案例。
Fragmented development of individual public transport modes results in wasteful use of resources and inefficiency of passenger transfers.To integrate public transport modes,the first step is to analyze the characteristics and advantages of public transport integration.As multi-modal public transport interchanges are the key element of public transport integration,the planning and design will be crucial for the efficiency of public transport systems.The design of multi-modal public transport interchanges should follow the principles of public transport integration,public transport-commercial land use integration,and segregation of pedestrians and vehicles.The planning objective for interchanges should be set based on the impacts of buses,taxis,passengers,and interchanges on the road traffic.By presenting the design illustrations for bus terminals in the public transport interchanges,the paper highlights some design principles related to functional layout,environment,passenger and operating facilities,and passenger information.
