摘要
户籍管理是国家行政管理的重要组成部分和重要基础性工作,也是国家行政管理的一项基本制度。随着市场经济在中国的逐步确立,户籍制度在当前社会已经暴露出种种弊端,现行户籍制度所引发社会问题引起了社会公众的关注,本文阐述了中国户籍制度的历史背景,根据户籍制度在我国的现状及存在的一些的问题,提出了关于户籍制度改革的几点设想。
Household management is an important part of state administration and an important foundation work is a basic system of state administration.As the market economy in China has gradually established,the household registration system has been exposed in the current social disadvantages of the existing household registration system of Social Issues Caused aroused public concern,this paper elaborates the historical background of China＇s household registration system,according to household registration system China＇s current situation and existing problems of some proposed reform of household registration system on the Suggestions.
