摘要
目的建立大黄相关制剂中大黄素的含量测定方法,测定其相关制剂中大黄素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent Eclipse XDB C-18色谱柱,大黄素以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长254nm,流速1.0mLμmin-1,柱温:30℃,进样量20μl。结果大黄素进样量在1.2μg.mL-1~12.0μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,γ=0.9999,平均回收率为=101.14%,RSD=1.28%(n=9)。结论本方法快速、简便、准确、重现性好,可用大黄相关制剂中大黄素的含量测定。
Objective To determine the contents of emodin in rhubarb preparations. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of emodin in rhubarb preparations,the stationary phase was octadecyl silane bonded silica,the mobile phase were acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid (50:50) with flow rate of 1.0μg·mL^-1,detection wavelength: 254nm. Results The linear relationship of emodin was at range of 1.2μg·mL^-1 12.0 μg·mL^-1, the linear equation was: A=72.638C+31.042, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 101.14%, RSD = 1.28 (n = 9). Conclusions This method was simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible, and could be used as determination method for Emodin contents in rhubarb preparations.
