摘要
简述海南天然橡胶产业的经济效益、社会效益和对海南生态环境建设的贡献;分析了天然橡胶产业的发展前景和地方民营胶加工环节可能对海南生态环境造成的污染等;提出以橡胶产业化经营思路解决民营胶加工污染问题,以建立环境友好型的、能够科学持续地做大做强海南天然橡胶产业化经营的路径与对策。
Economic and social benefits in Hainan natural rubber industry and its contribution to the construction of ecological environment in Hainan were elaborated briefly; Prospects for the development of natural rubber industry, the local private rubber processing and possibility of pollution led to ecological environment in Hainan were analyzed; Solution of rubber industrial management to solve pollution problems in processing of private rubber, and measures for creating environment-friendly and continuing to enlarge and strengthen scientific Hainan natural rubber industrial management were proposed.
