摘要
在施工项目管理中,最重要的管理内容是项目的施工进度、质量与安全。工程项目进度控制做为项目管理中的一个独特阶段,其任务是保证按预定的计划实施项目,保证项目总目标的圆满实现。工程项目工期进度中的工作量、资源消耗量等因素相互影响、相互联系,必须从多角度进行综合控制,才能对施工进度及项目实施状况做出正确的评价。
In construction project management,the most important item includes project construction progress,quality and safety.Project progress control is a special stage in project management,its purpose is to ensure accomplishment of project according to schedule plan and successful realization of general target.Because project construction period schedule,including work quantities,resource consumption,are interacted and interrelated,general control must be carried out from all sides so as to present correct assessment for construction progress and project execution.
