摘要 铅酸蓄电池广泛应用于车辆、舰舶、飞机的发电机起动、电动车辆的动力电源和通信等设施的电源及应急备用电源。结合车间组装生产蓄电池的实际工艺情况,对铅酸蓄电池焊接组装工艺进行了分析和阐述,介绍了几套蓄电池汇流排模具和极板群检验标准。 Lead-acid batteries are widely used to start the generators of the vehicles,ships,aircraft,used as the power supply of the electric vehicles and as the power and emergency backup power of telecom-munication facilities and so on.In the light of the actual production conditions in the workshop,the welding and assembly process of the lead-acid battery is analyzed and elaborated,further more several sets of strap moulds and some standards to test groups are also introduced.
