摘要
本试验以津育5号黄瓜为材料,研究不同灌水量对双根和单根嫁接黄瓜生长发育以及产量、品质等的影响。结果表明,与85%水分下限处理相比,65%水分下限+单根嫁接黄瓜的处理,其早期产量、品质和净光合速率显著提高,而65%水分下限+双根嫁接黄瓜的处理差异不显著;与单根嫁接相比,双根嫁接的黄瓜营养生长有所提高,但产量差异不显著。综合来看,65%田间持水量作为灌水下限+单根嫁接育苗的处理,能节省灌溉用水,提高黄瓜早期产量与品质,为本试验4个组合的最优处理。
Taking Jinyu No. 5 cucumber as material, this experiment studies the effects of different water irrigation on growth and yields of double-root and single-root grafted cucumbers. The results indicated that compared with 85 % of field capacity irrigation limit, 65 % of field capacity irrigation limit plus treatment of single-root grafted cucumber could significantly improve the early yield, quality and net photosynthetic rate, but no significant effect was found on 65 % of field capacity irrigation limit plus treatment of double-root grafted cucumber. Compared with single-root grafted cucumber, double-root grafted cucumber could improve cucumber growth, but the yield increase was not significant. In conclusion, 65 % of field capacity irrigation limit plus single-root grafted cucumber could save irrigation water, improve cucumber early yield and quality. It was the best among the four treatment combinations in this experiment.
