摘要
提出公共图书馆迎来全媒体时代,阐述全媒体的概念以及在中国公共图书馆的发展,分析全媒体时代在七个方面改变了公共图书馆的管理和服务,提出全媒体时代的图情教育应培养学生信息搜索等五大能力并树立自我学习等五种教育观念。
This paper puts forward that the public library has ushered in the Omni Media era. It introduces the educational philosophy of fostering the students＇ ability of information search and independent learning through elaborating the concept of Omni Media, summarizes its development in public library in China and analyzes its effect to the manifold transformation in the management and service principles.
