摘要
从病因病机(脾肾两虚、湿浊痰瘀、肾气亏虚)、治疗(辨证治疗、专方治疗、中西医结合治疗)等论述痛风性肾病的近期中医药治疗研究进展。指出:初期主要以祛风、除湿、清热、活血化瘀为主;中后期则扶正祛邪,标本兼治。
