摘要
运用简约化、极限假设和逻辑推理的思想将公立医院战略绩效形成机制抽象为由8个要素、5个层面和3条曲线组成的绩效形成模型,再分析比较3种状态的绩效形成模型,获得了3项推论,为探索绩效形成的关键环节和解决绩效管理问题提供了线索。
The formation mechanism of strategic performance for public hospital is abstracted into the Performance Formation Model(PFM),which consists of eight elements,five administrative levels and three curves,by using simplified,limit assumption and logical reasoning methods.By analyzing and comparing the three kinds of status of PFM,there are three deductions which could provide clues to explore the key link of forming performance and solve the issues of performance management.
