摘要
目的 探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的效果.方法 运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析法对3种骨折治疗方案进行回顾性分析评价.结果 3种治疗方案的总成本依次为2224元、2370元、960元,其总有效率为90.6%、88.2%、87.5%.3种方案的成本-效果比是24.55、26.87、10.97.结论 C组方案为较佳治疗方案.
Objective To explore the economic effects of different pharmacotherapeutic schemes on the same discase. Methods Pharmacoeconomical cost-effectiveness analysis was used to assess three schemes for bone fractures. Results The total cost of therapy A, B or C was 2224, 2370, and 960 Chinese yuan; the total effectiveness rate was 90.6%, 88.2% and 87.5%, respectively; and the costeffectiveness ratio was 24.55, 26.87 and 10.97. Conclusions Therapy C is a better scheme.
