摘要
为了科学评价航空装备战时维修保障能力,系统分析了战时约束条件下保障系统各要素的变化,确定了航空装备战时维修保障能力评价指标体系。在此基础上建立了基于层次分析法、Delphi法、多级模糊综合评价法为基础的评价模型,并结合实例进行了计算分析。结果表明该模型对战时维修保障能力评价是可行的,对改进战时保障系统有重要意义。
In order to evaluate the maintenance support ability of aircraft equipment in wartime,A suitable index for evaluation of maintenance supportability of aircraft equipment is established on the system analysis of the changing factors which influence maintenance support ability in wartime.Then the maintenance support ability evaluation model by using the theory of Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is established;furthermore,the model is confirmed by analyzing and calculating of an example.Through the analytic result,the model is regarded as feasibility and has great practice value in improving maintenance support ability in wartime.
